Since meeting with Steve Champion two years ago we have been very pleased with the input and advice he has provided. Not only is he friendly and helpful, but his involvement has lent greater structure to our business model and forward planning. Although we felt our business was reasonably well focused and organised his input has have been very useful in bringing out certain areas for improvement; not least in the formalising of our operations “manual”.

The exercise also enabled us to “benchmark” our business against other financial planning firms and standards; providing further areas for us to improve.
