A few years ago we took the decision to change our business model to a fee, retainer based practise putting full emphasis on comprehensive financial planning supported by a client servicing proposition beyond anything we had attempted previously or seen our immediate competitors doing.
However, getting from “here to there” involves many areas of reform and improvement and a large commitment from all concerned.
Recognising we needed to outsource a consultancy to assist us and further to research, we contracted with Steve Champion to help bring about the changes necessary. A few years on Steve has delivered our objective and then some. He has become our change guide and a valuable team member and he is a real “champion".
