We have, over the last two years spent a great deal of time assessing our business priorities and how to successfully overcome the challenges presented by moving to fees and at the same time focussing our efforts on Financial Planning for our clients. The assistance of Steve Champion has been vital in helping prioritise and focus our attention.
Steve has provided tremendous support in putting together the structure for the business model we had aimed for and I am sure that without his help we would still be trying to work out which bit to do next.
