Working with Steve Champion has really helped us to focus more clearly on our business model and client service offering.

Whilst we had good systems, processes and a charging structure in place before we got together, our sessions with Steve kept us on track when work pressures intervened and threatened to distract us from the tasks in hand. We were looking to hone our resources more sharply and identify the roles each person had to play as well as aspirations they could talk about.

As a result the whole team at Chambers Morgan James is clearer about the company's mission and vision, has become more efficient and effective in delivering these and have a greater understanding of the way each other works. Even to extent of recruiting new staff, the whole job was made much easier.
