I am very pleased that we took advantage of the business consultancy support offered by Steve Champion and have undertaken a benchmarking exercise to determine where our business could be improved and thus, ultimately become more profitable. I cannot recommend his services highly enough – thankfully we have not needed to make some of the wholesale changes that some organisations need to make, but nevertheless, a bit of “tweaking” in the right areas has helped the business to run more efficiently.
