Business Health Check
The Inspired Consultant will undertake a detailed analysis of your business. This process will illustrate the strengths, challenges and opportunities of the business and recommendations will be made, along with a demonstration on how we can assist in implementing these recommendations.

A high level Business Valuation can be provided based on the information/data taken from the Business Health Check exercise.


Business Planning
The consultant will then work with you to identify improvement opportunities, agree a timetable for implementation with deadlines and resource required.
A Business plan will be created to detail all actions and strategies needed to help your business achieve its goals in the future.


Implementation
Once the business plan is agreed, the role of the consultant is to assist you with implementation through coaching and effective project management. To assist with this, the consultant will have access to a range of best practice tools, templates and colleague Specialist Consultants
