To do this we strongly recommend the Business Health Check exercise which if required will also enable clients to benchmark their current performance against average and high performing IFA businesses in the Industry.
This exercise will also act as the initial benchmark for you to measure your future success.
The detail of how the required transformation will be achieved will also be an outcome of this exercise.

For those clients requiring support with individual exercises/projects/facilitation etc again we can agree by phone what steps need to be taken, timescales, expected results and cost.
